Darcy Richards, Richard Mervine and I are making the best of the summer weekdays cuz, you know, teachers have the summers off. Starting from St. Leonards headed north to Broomes Island Road and then down to one of our favorites, Williams Wharf. Return trip up Williams Wharf we stopped at the recently opened Mom and Pop store for slushies. While sitting and relaxing we were witness to a crazy driver making a right onto Ross Road and failed to negotiate the turn. She ended up taking down a fence and then driving off down Ross Road. I did get a few photos but none with a clear license plate number. Yikes. we decided to not take any chances and avoided Ross Road on our return trip. It appeared the driver was not of sound mind. Intoxicated, on drugs at 0900? Will never know.
